As an independent third-party, MyShoppingSafe delivers total solutions in a privacy-conscious environment. Mr. Fabian Leroo, CEO Founder of MyShoppingSafe LLC

Most of the old Europeans manufacturers previously protected by their laws and countries saw their faith turned from leadership to a tragic end with the opening of the Global economy and the arrival of unfair competition.

But some like Mr Leroo saw a great opportunity, and turned new ideas and concepts into products. With his entrepreneurship and leadership Mr. Leroo built Wollux’s Holding Companies Empire beyond 32 countries affirming the Group as a Global market leader. With the same dedication and experience, Mr Fabian Leroo founded and grew Home IQ Technologies. Always interested in the E-Commerce industry, Mr. Leroo has participated in the development of several software’s and built one of the first database Easydata that set new industry standards in the late 80’s.

Mr. Leroo has engaged twenty years of experience with expertise in management, sales, consulting, finance, marketing and technology when he founded MyShoppingSafe LLC, turning an idea into a product that enhance everyone’s quality of life. Mr. Leroo has been awarded several National Recognition from 2 different countries helping governments, working directly with ministers as he presented the tools of the future that revolutionize the way countries and governments fight counterfeit and stolen merchandise. Amoung other glorious surname, Mr Fabian Leroo, has been called “One of the best entrepreneurs of the Year”.

Mr. Leroo earned a Business and Accounting Degrees in International Studies and foreign languages from the University of Utrech (Netherlands) and from Eastbourne School of English (in England). He has been graduated by Oxford and Cambridge University in English language (England).

Mr. Stephane Caiveau, Chief Operating Officer

Mr Caiveau is the founder of Branding Expansion and Profits, a Consulting firm specialized in developing strategies for fast path market penetration. As a Senior Business Consultant and acting as COO, Mr. Caiveau started an electric Energy Provider in the Texas NODAL market that showed immediate exponential growth. Mr. Caiveau acting as Senior Business Consultant for several leading Consulting firm turned around several small to mid size companies: redesigning their financial and business models, increasing their productivity, developing programs to change the bad habits to increase their savings, and developed incentive programs that tied each employee to their contribution with measurable impact to the bottom line. Mr. Caiveau ran a Toy Company for over 10 years dealing with all US and European market segments and distribution channels, Mass-Merchants, Department Stores, Traditional Distribution, TV, Syndication, premiums, licensing as well as many Co-Branding and OEM programs with companies such as Mattel, Franklin Mint, Texaco, The Sharper Image, Time Life Magazine, Coca-Cola…

Mr Caiveau has extensive experience in Marketing, Product development, sourcing, production, and Creative sales. Mr. Caiveau also led the US Subsidiary of a leading Global French Toy manufacturer: Solido USA (Majorette Group). Mr. Caiveau started his business career in a Mass Merchant Store Chain in Europe (DECATHLON), and quickly ran a store to National recognition, and was offered a Buyer’s position at the HQ. As a buyer Mr. Caiveau redesigned the way owned Brand products was developed with one of the first patents leading the Branded products to a 10% National market penetration and 30% market share within the Mass Merchant operation worldwide.

Mrs Lillian Murphy, Chief Marketing Officer

Lillian is an accomplished senior Marketing executive with proven track record in development of strategic business plans focused on enabling customer centric innovation, brand optimization & bottom line business growth. She has a proven strengths in the development of integrated marketing solutions, ensuring alignment of brand experience by all target audiences (customer, channel partners, & employees). Lillian is an adept on shaping direction of successful go-to-market strategies, utilizing broad experiences in multiple industries, with a focus on continuous measurement & insight creation, with strategy adjustment. Demonstrated expertise in cross-border thinking, global business planning, building & leading teams, managing partnerships, and achieving successful results.

Mrs Murphy was Senior Vice President/Marketing Strategy Senior Director, Client Services at Carlson Marketing Worldwide / Peppers & Rogers Group and was VP, Relationship & Loyalty Marketing at British Airways.

Mr. Charles Hammond, Vice-President of Sales

Charles has extensive international experience in developing B2B sales, marketing and business development strategies. Charles has worked as a management consultant for KPMG, specializing in research and technology development, and as a brand consultant for Interbrand, specializing in brand valuations to track brand management performance and assess brand and intellectual property damages. Charles also has considerable experience developing new luxury goods brands, products and services and has 7 years experience with internet-based companies such as www.bezign.com and www.mythings.com. He has a BA, MSc and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.

He has over twenty years of extensive experience in the following areas: consultative selling; developing and implementing Marketing strategies; Technical Recruiting; and managing the development and delivery of information systems solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. George Davis, Chief Security Officer (USA)

Mr. Davis is a retired federal criminal investigator with 29 years of investigative and security experience. He began his investigative career as a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, where he served for two years, before transferring to the U.S. Secret Service. Mr. Davis spent twenty two years with the Secret Service, where he served half of his career investigating financial crimes, counterfeiting, and credit card fraud investigations. His career also included two Presidential Protective Division White House assignments. He served as senior detail agent with President Reagan, and was re-assigned to the White House security detail as a supervisor during President Clinton's administration. After retiring from the Secret Service, Mr. Davis served for five years as Director of Quality Assurance and Internal Affairs, with the U.S. Postal Service, Office of the Inspector General. Mr. Davis earned a BS degree in Economics and Business Administration from Benedict College, in Columbia, SC, graduating with the honor of Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Alain Barbier, Chief Security Officer (Europe, and Automobile Theft Expert)

Mr. Barbier was a Commissioner of the Belgian Federal Police seconded at the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). As the Assistant Director, he was responsible for Database Management and Forensic Support. He first joined Interpol in the spring of 1999 as a Vehicle Crime Program Manager, Strategic Project Officer for the Police I-24/7 Telecommunication Network Deployment, and Advisor of the Executive Director for Police Services.

He joined the police in 1988 and became a Senior Police Officer with the Belgian Federal Police. He also worked in Belgium as Platoon Commander and Program's Chief for National and International Vehicle crime. Mr. Barbier holds a Masters in Law and Criminology from the State University of Liège, in Belgium, a degree in Police Management and Administration from the Royal Gendarmerie Academy for Officers in Belgium. He is also an expert in police management of crime phenomenon at national and international levels.

Mr. John C. King

John King is a co-founder of Focus IT Group — a consulting firm, which specializes in assisting clients in using information technology to best improve real business performance. He leads teams that develop information plans and capabilities that enable companies to meet their business objectives in a cost efficient manner. He is active in all aspects of strategy and management consulting, including business strategy development, working with senior client executives, information technology strategy and management, working with Chief Information Officers in the planning, coordination, and execution of large technology projects. John has a strong background in high transaction rate — high availability processing. He began his career in 1976 at Delta Air Lines in the technical operations division and progressed up through the Delta organization becoming the corporate CIO in 1990 and continuing in that position until 1995. Mr. King left Delta in 1995 to found Transform IT. Transform focused on helping organizations achieve maximum business benefits through use of information technology. He has worked on major projects in the retail, shipping, media, manufacturing, travel, services, and financial industry sectors. Mr. King is currently serving on the NCR Advisory Board and is a past member of the Rosenbluth Travel Advisory Board, the Software AG Advisory Board, and the LOTUS Advisory Board. He is currently on Board of Directors of the Atlanta OIC. The OIC is a non-profit national organization that focuses on developing and delivering career and technical skill training primarily to disadvantaged groups of people. Additionally Mr. King is active on the technology curriculum advisory boards for a number of colleges and universities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Aerospace Engineering and in Biology.

Frederik De Bruyker

Mr. De Bruyker is the founder of BareMind, Inc., specialized in expert SAP HR services for Fortune 500 companies. As a founding member of the US branch of one of the leading worldwide SAP HR implementation and outsourcing companies, Mr. De Bruyker brings solid international SAP information systems experience. He has been active across the different domains, including domestic and international operations, P&L responsibility, sales & marketing, staffing, program management, project management, and technical support. Mr. Terry Enzor

Mr Enzor is a seasoned Information Technology and Telecomunications executive with almost 30 years experience with such companies as BellSouth, AT&T, NCR, Siemens and EMC. He has held management positions in sales, marketing, application development, consulting and program management/delivery, where he managed local and remote teams. Mr Enzor has vast experience regarding new business ventures and start-ups. He brings keen insight in areas such as market identity, sizing, segmentation and penetration as well as strategic plan development and operational plan execution. Mr. Enzor holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Relations and a second degree in Psychology and is ITIL certified.
